The Role:
You will have an emphasis on lead conversion by building trust, listening, informing, showing an interest and presenting the services to prospective researchers across the world.

To nurture prospects from the point of enquiry till becoming a client.

To effectively build rapport with researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

.

Professional and proactive sales activity by phone, email, whatsapp, zoho CRM and other platforms.

.

Utilize zoom video meetings and screen sharing to connect with and support prospective Researchers / Technology Entrepreneurial for initial technical discussion, in their decision making process, explaining how we work in a custom made and personalized manner.

.

Schedule the appointments for the direct discussions if the researcher / Technology Entrepreneurial wants to visit head office.

.

Collaborate with the support team to ensure that the work is progressed into work pipeline and providing high standards of customer service throughout.

.

Initial training will be provided for the complete process from the lead collection till the client association.

Qualification:

PhD / Masters / Bachelors (All subjects and domains can apply).
