As a Marketing Analyst in the Volunteering team, the candidate is expected to have a creative knack along with an analytical approach. The role involves close coordination with sourcing, product, content, and design teams at Goodera.
As a part of the team, you will be strategizing monthly campaigns, deciding the right KPIs for the campaign, tracking the success, presenting reports, and proposing recommendations. We work with nonprofit organizations from all around the globe, hence good communication skill is a must-have. Key Responsibilities:
⢠Creating strategy around customer acquisition from multiple channels - Organic, SEO, and referral marketing
⢠Analyze data from the digital platforms to derive useful insights and develop strategies
⢠Identify and implement key strategic initiatives to enhance experience for our non-profit partners
⢠Conduct regular competitor analysis and market analysis to identify the emerging trends and best practices
⢠Create weekly dashboards and reports, and derive inferences from it
⢠Work closely with the content team and creative team
⢠Develop monthly campaigns and assign the right KPIs to track the success
Requirements
⢠Educational qualification: Bachelorâs degree
⢠0-2 years of work experience
⢠Good understanding of social media platforms and metrics
⢠Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, reports and presentations
⢠Great at handling data, good with numbers
⢠Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities
⢠Passionate about social impact initiatives
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⢠Curiosity to learn new things and learn on the job
⢠Self-driven and proactive nature
