Roles and Responsibilities -
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in sales of Holiday/Tour Packages
- Post Graduate / Graduate in tourism studies / similar preferred
- Attend to inquiries (call/email/walk-in/digital media) and work towards converting them into bookings.
- To understand client requirements and design itinerary in a way that gives a comfortable and joyous experience to the clients
- Call potential leads and consult them based on their need and convert them into bookings.
- Identify and follow up with existing and potential guests, corporate, and travel agents to enhance bookings of the branch.
- Suggest convenient flights and assist throughout the booking.
- Assist guests in visa and accounting processes and ensure that once a booking is confirmed all aspects of the Guests tour are managed personally, correctly, and on time.
