Responsibilities:
Experience in understanding and recruiting IT skill sets candidates
Experience in managing end to end Recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening to documentation management
Sourcing and selecting candidates by using databases, social media platforms (Job Posting) etc
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Understanding & executing recruitment best practices
Maintaining Recruitment MIS reports, Tracker and database
Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Taking care of Stakeholder Management
Experience:
2 4 years
Qualification:
- BE / BSc / BCA
