Job Requirement :

• B.E. instrument with 10+ years of experience in Project from chemical / petro-chemical / similar industries

Job Role :

• Review of Process and Instrumentation Diagram (PID)
• Preparation and Review of Instrumentation Deliverables;

1. Specifications – Various like Equipment Packages; Instrument Earthing; Level Instruments; Pressure Transmitters and Pressure Gauges; Temperature Transmitters and Temperature Gauges; Flow Control Valves; Flow Elements; Safety Relief Valves and Rupture Discs; Fire and Gas; Instrumentation and Telecommunication Cables & Cable Glands; Control Valves and Pressure Regulators; Motor Operated Valves; ON/OFF Valves and Shutdown Valves; Instrument Junction Boxes; Instrument Installation; Instrument Installation Testing;
2. Datasheet of various plant instruments (covered in specifications above) and furnishing input to package units datasheet.
3. Instrument – Piping Interface Drawing
4. Block Diagram Instrument and Control Architecture
5. Instrumentation and Control Philosophy
6. Review and furnishing input to Process Design Basis; Process Description; Control Narrative;

• Has Experience in 3D Model reviews; Constructability Review; Material Handling study;
• Has attended FAT and SAT
• Has experience on selection of material for various components on items relating to instrumentation.
• Involved in Procumbent Assistance activities relating to Instrumentation Discipline starting from Generation of RFQ / MR; Bid Evaluation Process – Evaluating Technical Bids; Raising TQS; Reviewing TQ Responses; Conducting Bid Clarification Meetings (BCM); Preparing TBE and TR; Converting RFQ / MR to RFP / PR;
• Carried out VDR (Vendor Document Review)
• Participated in Instrument Installation and Testing in Field.
• Involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
• Has Prepared Engineering Deliverables of the discipline
• Has Experience in Review of Engineering Deliverables
• Involved in various phases of Engineering beginning with Concept Study; FEED / Basic Engineering; Detail Engineering;
• Has Experience in attending and participating in HAZID, HAZOP and SIL.
• Field Experience on Projects
