- Handling all the post sales activities.
- Handling Customer Service and Operations.
- Order processing across categories, across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Sears, eBay and so on (US and UK based).
- Managing the tracking system right from shipment to the delivery of the product.
- Replying to customer messages on all third-party market places. (Amazon, Walmart, Sears, eBay and so on)
- Handling the queries raised by Customer on product or shipment and co-originating with vendors to resolve the same.
- Handling the return process from initiation to refund or replacement.
- Maintaining accurate reports.
- Managing the team on a daily basis.

- Communication Skills in English Spoken and Written (Medium to Proficient)
