Roles and responsibilities -
Elaboration of solution options and consulting the different teams to shape the target solution.
Liaise with business and functional owners during risk engineering and high-level review sessions to derive and execute action plans, deadlines and standards.
Interface with business users to prepare Business Process flow and define business rules
Create high-level functional solution for the project request by analyzing the change on processes, applications and interfaces with other systems
Elicit, analyze, prioritize, specify and manage requirements from business stakeholders
Create the product backlog in the software delivery tool (JIRA).
Document business and technical requirements into specifications that developers and testers can understand and work upon
Explain the business requirements and high-level solution architecture to team members
Perform functional/ exploratory testing (act as quality gate for Scrum team)
Support during the different implementation phases and also for problems as and when they arise during implementation.
Qualifications -
Proven experience as requirements engineer/business analyst in IT
Proficiency in writing use cases, business rules and applying requirements gathering and modelling techniques
Experience in Agile business analysis, understanding of product backlog, writing requirements in the form of user stories
Experience in building wireframes/mock-ups and deep knowledge in usability concepts
Understanding of data interfaces (e.g. Web Services) and data querying concepts using SQL
Understanding of digitalization principles
Domain knowledge in the following area:
Retail banking
Client Onboarding
KYC and compliance review process
