We are looking for candidates to join us as part of our Project Coordinator team.This is a fast-paced, communication-intense role with a clear focus on effectiveness and revenue generation. Please note that this will be on a 'self-employed' basis with a monthly salary and commission. Responsibilities: -A view to manage a team of 25 team members-The focus of the overall team is to recruit (through outbound email, linkedin and cold calling), relevant experts in industry who can be connected with the company clients, for projects-Training new-joiners-Performance management of new-joiners-Hold meetings throughout the day with team members to guide their work-Report directly to the CEO on projects as well as group performance Requirements: -3+ years working experience in sales, business development, customer support or recruitment-Experience in cold calling or sales function-Experience of managing a team (conducting training, performance management, onboarding, hiring/terminations) -High attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work -Nationality required: Any, however must be based in Turkey to apply -Must have internet and a computer / laptop Hours:9-10 hours per day, working onAsian timezone, European timezone or American timezone (there is some flexibility on this).Start Date:Negotiable, we have staggered start dates available on a monthly basis.Length of contract:Permanent.Salary: The role is compensated with a base salary as well as uncapped commission based on team, as well as individual results paid monthly. Commission can be very significant with good performance.
