Participate in layout planning and ensure all requirements and high standards are met.
Handling electrical, HVAC & civil part of the site.
Work with the project team on the construction progress and identify any issues at early stages and mitigate them.
Participate in snagging and ensuring these snags are rectified prior to signing off the handover certificate.
Document, manage and update, if applicable, all drawings
Plan for facilities ongoing maintenance to ensure their upkeep.
Establish the Health and Safety guidelines and ensure they are implemented
Support in vendor and supplier management SLAs, contracts and overall governance
5.5 Working Days / Week, alternate Saturdays working with fixed Sundays off.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in electrical, civil & HVAC post BE/BTech Electrical.
Candidate should be currently working in a diagnostic lab or hospital set up.
Identifying and liaising with multiple vendors at a global level.
Knowledge of office administration and standards.
Proven track record in facilities management.
