Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the profitability of you store by being strongly sales-focused, controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators.
  
• Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards ie. Hygiene, cleanliness, friendliness.
  
• Lead and motivate the store s team.
  
• Manage performance.
  
• Development and training of the store team.
  
• Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store.
  
• Day to day management of store operations.
  
• Be aware of competitor activity locally.
  
• Develop and maintain effective working relationship within your store, with category management team, other head office personnel and external business partners.
  
• Exploit information available to you from the company s information systems in making and/or implementing decisions.
  
• Ensure the safety, health and welfare of all those affected by activities of the store.
