Senior Manager, FDI Investment Promotion

• In charge of identifying cross-border business possibilities originating from both outbound and inbound foreign direct investments ("FDI") in the nation, with a focus on engaging and supporting corporate clients from ASEAN and China.
  
• Provide a one-stop solution to FDI by forming and maintaining external partnerships with government investment and trade promotion agencies, business organizations, professional service providers, and internal business units.
  
• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing tactics, such as hosting outreach symposiums with corporate partners to improve market knowledge of the banks FDI consulting service and regional banking capabilities.
  
• Collaborate closely with business units to establish strategies for attaining the designated in-country Key Performance Indicators in order to achieve overall success. The attainment of the goals must be properly tracked and reported to Group FDI Advisory on a regular basis.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Banking/Business Administration or related majors
  
• At least 8+years of relevant working experience;
  
• Working experience in government agencies promoting investment and trade or overseas investment advisory; or in consulting/legal firm specializing in advisory to foreign investors for market entry into Vietnam is an advantage
  
• Working experience in banking is a plus
  
• Highly-motivated, a self-starter and strong leadership skills
  
• Strong communication and business networking skills
  
• Ability to work independently and highly resourceful
  
• Able to write and communicate well in both English, Vietnamese & preferably either Chinese Mandarin/Korean
