CoachHub is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst who is looking to develop their career in an award-winning, fast-growing company.

THE ROLE: reporting to our Team Lead, Revenue Operations, this is a full-time, associate-level role in our growing team. You can be based at our Berlin office, or remotely from your location within Europe.

THE TEAM: our Revenue Operations team enables and unleashes the potential of all revenue functions at CoachHub. We do this by aligning people, platforms and processes around a shared set of business goals to accelerate our revenue growth and maximise value creation throughout the entire buyer journey from awareness to after-sales.

As CoachHub s Deal Desk Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contracting policy and the deal approval process;
  • Advise, coach, and train our Sales Team on our process and policy to improve enablement, efficiency, scale, and profitability;
  • Partner with our Sales teams on best practice deal management & contract structuring;
  • Nurture deals through the sales cycle & our approval process in collaboration with Sales, Legal, IT Security and Finance;
  • Deploy, manage and scale the rollout of new products, policies, and improvement of our O2C process, considerate of our cross-functional partners, customers and business complexity;
  • Deploy process improvements to ensure the data structure in our CRM and backend systems is in line with contracts.

You re our ideal candidate if you have:

  • A Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline;
  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk or commercial workflow role and/or sales finance experience in a high-growth environment with increasing levels of responsibility;
  • Industry experience within software, SaaS, or technology;
  • Exceptional analytical, research and problem solving skills, and a high degree of confidence in decision making;
  • Strong leadership capabilities - you re a skilled communicator who s great at building trust through a deep understanding of your stakeholders priorities and challenges.

Preferred but optional skills

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience with Salesforce
  • Prior experience with deal flow systems
