Our client, a reputable Aircraft Leasing platform, are now hiring a Contract Manager to join its Operations Team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Managing aircraft lease and credit agreements for deadline compliance and reporting.
- Coordinating the new aircraft delivery process, including drafting lease deliverables and OEM-related documents.
- Acting as a key contact for counterparties on aircraft leasing, acquisition, and financing transactions.
- Working directly with both in-house and outside counsel on all documentary aspects of transactions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of industry experience with the negotiation, closing, and ongoing management of lease and credit agreements for commercial aircraft.
- Experience reviewing airline insurance certificates for contractual compliance.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organisation skills, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects independently.
