Responsibilities:
- Responsible for distributor channels, and leading the development of the channel
- Developing and maintaining the distributor network in Indonesia and Philippines regions
- Defining and executing business plans to develop the distributor sales channel
- Increasing market presence & coverage area
- Steering and controlling the performance of all official partners & appointed distributors in the area
- Executing distributor due diligence and certification through an assessment process including a compliance questionnaire
- To develop & maintain the relationship with key stakeholders of distributors
- Execute & continuously improve the distributor development & support program (incl. Budgeting, Training, Campaigns, Conferences, Marketing) with support of Market Management
- Implementing the distributor sales strategy (incl. Network Planning, Contracting, Product Sales Steering, Stock Management, Pricing Guideline, Conflict Management, and Competence Development)
Requirements
- Having bachelor degree in engineering such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology or comparable qualification
- Having 5+ years of relevant business experience necessary
- Experienced in the industrial automation market and the respective industries, products and applications
- Experienced in the field of distribution sales operation
- Experienced in people management and networked organization
- Fluent in spoken and written English is important
