Executive Chef (Bali Region)
- Leading high end restaurant and nightlife group based in Indonesia
- Leading pre-openings of new F&B outlets from conception through construction, pre/post opening support.
- Work closely with the Director of ops and outlet managers to implement and oversee training to ensure company standards and values
- Implement SOS, SOP and Control Measures to improve standards, efficiency and profitability of all outlets
- Maintain high employee retention and reduce staff turnover by implementing development plans for employees
- Total employees in group 300
- Focus on new projects
- 60 staff reporting
- Reports to Director of Ops with line to Country President of group
- Work week is 5/6 alternating days
- 1 - 2 year contract
