Product Owner

Are you up for the task of building a DeFi protocol? Do you think you can do it better than traditional finance? We would love to have you join our team and reach this goal. You will help us explore and design a new type of blockchain ecosystem. You will work with design and engineering teams to create a DeFi platform where users are rewarded, loyalty is incentivized, customer/agents actions and behaviors are modeled to create engaging community which creates additional value. You should have a great understanding of blockchain platforms, smart contracts, tokenomics, mobile/web app development and design.

Key qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Project management experience.
• Proactive and precise.
  
• Computer Science and Information Technology knowledge.
• Experience with blockchain technologies.

Your responsibilities

• Study to understand the relevant dApp technologies.
• Manage the development teams to build such products.
• Arrange roadmaps and tasks. Resolve conflicts, re-plan when needed. Coordinate team members.
• Work with partners, other teams like operational, legal, marketing, etc to make sure the development team is always up-to-date and can progress smoothly.
• Document business requirements.
• Write periodic reports and updates.
• Help build a positive and healthy working environment, to ensure that everyone thrives.
