Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Lead, supervise, and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service

Promote the company s brand, products and services to the team and customers

Well control on order placement and stock control

Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Compile weekly and monthly reports

Motivate staff and develop team spirit

Requirements

Requirements:

* At least 3 to 6 years experience in the F&B industry of which 1 to 3 years in supervisory level

Professional barista qualifications preferred

Passion for coffee with experience working in leading coffee houses preferred

Good English and Chinese spoken and written skills

Strong leadership and able to foster a teamwork spirit

Aggressive in meeting targets

Good customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Presentable with cheerful & friendly personality

Excellent telephone & customer service skills

Good organization skills with multi-tasking

Can work under pressure.
