IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Tools) - Top Insurance Company HK$50K-HK$60K/M

Our client a top financial institution is seeking an engineer to support their infrastructure team:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Being SME to maintain and support tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Azure monitor, Elasticsearch, FluentD, and Kibana

Support management software and tools including installation, administration, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting

Reconcile data from various tools and prepare reports/dashboards

Verify and rectify system configuration by security and management reports to meet compliance requirements

Execute patch installation

Assist procurement and asset management

Execute annual BCP / DR drill

Conduct regular middleware health check and monitoring to ensure critical facilities and systems are working in optimum condition and at high availability

Work as second tier support and coordinate with vendors on system maintenance

Provide support during non-office hour whenever needed

Execute project tasks within agreed schedule

Improve operational efficiency with IaC automation

Minimum job requirements:

Education & Experience

Degree/ Diploma in IT with 7 years of related experience

Specific Skills

Good technical skill in administration & support on management tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Prometheus, Azure monitor, Elasticsearch, FluentD, and Kibana)

Hands on support skill in Cloud services will be an advantage

Data engineer experience will also be considered

Effective problem solving ability

Work independent and self-starter
