Founding Engineer

The full stack founding engineer would help us to develop our new product/function on FinMonster platform. We are continously building function around corporate banking service such as payment, lending, loan origination, AI, etc. You would work with the team comporising Bankers, Tech expert and Data Scientist.

Tasks

1. Web application development/enhancement using front-end frameworks and [HTML/PHP/React.js/CSS/Node.js] programming language to develop and improve web application for the match-making and loan application. The process includes communication with business users, project manager and other programmers and research on frameworks, libraries and algorithms being used and developed to meet user requirement and optimize the performance of the application.
2. Lead UI/UX designer on product development.
3. Work in cross-functional teams with business development team, project manager, designers and developers on web application development.
4. Inspection on the overall application workflow to enhance the efficiency up to standard.
5. Recommend the best System Architecture for cloud base software development.
6. Use variety of programming languages and design visual user interface elements to create user-friendly web applications and webpages.
7. Building API or using counterparty API for data communication.
8. Perform testing/debugging on web applications.

Requirements

1. 2 years to 5 years Technology-related work experience
2. Bachelor s degree in Technology or Engineering-field or Science
3. Knowledge in UX disciplines from information architecture, user interface design across different environments web applications and websites
4. Take the designs and write CSS, PHP, HTML and Javascript required for a responsive experience
5. Possess a wide degree of creativity and flexibility
6. Start-up and fintech experience is a plus
7. Eligible to work in Hong Kong without working visa
