Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is seeking Business Analysts to support their Fintech and Innovation Department team.
Responsibilities:
Gather and understand business requirements and translate them effectively into user stories and acceptance criteria
Work with development and QA teams to ensure the system is of high quality and aligned with business requirements and product roadmap
Drive product management in features design and specifications, provide solutions for enhancement
Plan, organize and perform User Acceptance Test in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analyst
Experience in analysis, design and document of Business, Operating, and Management models
Experience with issues and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Solid knowledge/experience in Agile software development methodologies is a plus
Independent, flexible with good organizational skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships with stakeholders
Solid understanding/experience in financial institution or banking operations is an advantage
Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
