We are seeking an industry sector specialist, for an advisory project for a group of hotels in Greece (private equity client).
Type of advisor/expertise required:Hotel Financial Controlling
Country of service delivery:Greece
Sector:Hospitality
We are looking to identify a Greek-speaking hotel financial controlling (senior) advisor for a long-term project in Greece. You must be a professional advisor (either self-entrepreneur with a VAT number or working for an advisory firm), qualified/certified accountant (CPA), have senior brand-managed experience in financial controlling, with hands-on experience in F&B, and be fully versed in USALI 11th version and familiar with Fairmas business intelligence applications.
Requirements
Are you an experienced director, industry expert, or a management consultant, with over 15 years of senior management experience?
If you re looking to share the wealth of your business expertise with small and medium enterprises, then our Client a local hotel management company in Greece- can match you with enterprises in need of your commercialknow-how.
Min. requirements:
- Certified public accountant (CPA);
- Fully versed in USALI 11th version and familiar with Fairmas business intelligence applications;
- You are either currently employed with a company that encourages you to seek contractual paid work on behalf of this company, or you are an independent advisor (licensed and VAT registered);
- Fully versed with Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and can create/structure tabular spreadsheets;
- Speaks and writes Greek and English fluently;
- Senior brand-managed experience in financial controlling;
- Hands-on experience in F&B;
Benefits
- Projects are rewarded per fee day, on whichthe Adviser is liable to pay its taxes and social security allowances;
- Cost for transportation, lodging and daily expenses are compensated at cost.
Please note:This is not a full-time salaried assignment.
