Responsibilities:

• Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads and Facebook)
• Measure, optimize and report against ROI goals
• Propose, plan and execute growth strategies based on trends and data-driven insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop a 360 growth plan and communication strategy
• Be up to date with the latest trends, follow and apply international best practices
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client deliverables

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration
• Postgraduate degree is a plus
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint Certification
• 3+ years of hands-on experience at a similar role
• Data-driven with proven ability to analyze complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel are a must
• Fluent in both Greek and English
• Fast-learner with excellent learning-curve
• Strong communication and organizational skills
