We are looking for exceptional applicants for an exciting role as Business Support Executive to join a successful finance company in their Gibraltar office. You must be focussed, determined, self-motivated and have a strong work-ethic.
The purpose of the role is to support all areas of the business in order to collectively deliver results for the company and its clients. In order to succeed in the role, you must be professional, flexible and highly adaptive as you will be required to undertake a variety of roles to support the needs of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Administration duties as required to support the needs of the business
  • Contribute to the timely onboarding of new clients
  • Provide support to the management team as required
  • Assist with security trading, including professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure a speedy and accurate process
  • Research products and investment funds
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Input and process international payments

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desirable 5 years experience in wealth management or similar
  • Technical understanding of products and services
  • Excellent team player
  • Impeccable organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and to deadlines.
  • The ability to confidently and proactively handle and manage various ad hoc needs for example support to the Directors, premises related, IT related, general trouble-shooting
  • Native level of English
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT literacy. The role will use a variety of office and online applications, including CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and ability to use initiative while working under pressure.
  • Attention to detail
  • Focussed, determined and consistent. A self-starter and highly organised

Package Summary:

Our client offers a professional, welcoming work environment and a very good remuneration package to the right candidate
The role is office-based in Gibraltar, working hours are Monday Friday 09.00-17.30
Permanent contract after 6 months probationary period. Full time, although consideration would be given to part-time hours.
Salary: 24,000 - 30,000 DOE per annum, sterling



5 year experience in administration, office management, operations manager or similar. Native level of English
