TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (f/m)

HIKMA-SOLUTIONS is looking for one of his clients, "TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER"

Tasks

Your mission will be to find, recruit and retain talented candidates. You will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing an effective strategy for our organization in collaboration with our team managers. You will also propose means to develop team spirit and company awareness

As a Talent acquisition manager, your tasks will include:

- Updating our job descriptions

- Candidate sourcing and screening

- Advise managers on candidate evaluation

- Handle administrative tasks relating to the recruiting process both internally and with the government administration

- Organise team events and propose team buildings

Requirements

We are looking for a lively and dynamic person to join our team, with relevant experience in the IT sector and a good understanding of different IT profiles.

With excellent interpersonal and communications skills, you are well organized and ready to take part in strategic decisions regarding our most valuable asset: our workforce.
