Tasks

Als Customer Service Advisor wirst du ein Teil des Operations-Teams, dass das Herzst ck des Ankorstore-Gesch fts darstellt. Die Vision des Operations-Teams ist es, das Leben unserer Kunden zu erleichtern und ihnen gleichzeitig gro artige Dienstleistungen anzubieten.

  • Du bist f r die Bearbeitung der Anfragen unserer Kunden zust ndig und stellst sicher, dass wir ihnen alles bieten, was sie brauchen
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle f r Kundenfragen und Plattformprobleme
  • Du unterst tzt unsere Marken- und Einzelhandelspartner bei deren Anfragen, Bed rfnissen und Problemen
  • Du k mmerst dich um komplexe Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Betrieb unseres Marktplatzes und findest L sungen, um diese so schnell wie m glich zu l sen.
  • Du beteiligst dich an unserem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen und teilt deine Ideen oder Verbesserungsvorschl ge mit uns
  • Du bist Teamplayer und unterst tzt gerne Menschen

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in Beratung von Kunden, gerne aus Hotellerie / Gastonomie
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Franz sichen und Deutschen Sprache
