Start Date: ASAP - End date: August 31, 2022, with an extension possibility until the end of the year as per business needs

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

• The position is a customer care support function;
• You will ensure parking compliance of TIER in accordance with local guidelines;
• Review and report parking images and follow up with customers;
• Be a trustworthy employee for our current and future customers;

YOU LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Sufficient communication skills in English, Finnish is a plus;
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google based software programs (Docs, Sheets etc.);
• Autonomous and proactive approach;
• No previous customer care experience required;
• Interest in mobility and motivation to succeed in your role;
