Sunhero is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects. This high-visibility role will require working with business and software teams across the company and supporting both new and existing operations and supply chain systems. You will directly report to our Head of Operations, Alex.

Tasks

• Working with project managers, and external supply chain partners to ensure products are sourced and distributed to our installations at the right time with the right quantity, quality, and cost.
• Forming cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across organizations and stakeholders.
• Identifying the tools and processes to enable our team to scale, and working with partner teams to build and implement these solutions.
• Defining, measuring, and improving key performance metrics in the supply chain to ultimately improve product availability and reduce missing products in the installations.
• Build your own team from the ground at the right timing based on the different needs that will appear as we are scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and owning cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment.
• An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo.
• A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production.
• A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; other European languages is a plus.
