We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to join a growing, family-run care provider who has strong ethics and ambitious plans for the future.
About the home:
About the home:
- 40 bed home that provides general nursing, residential, and dementia care for older adults
- Fantastic location in Leeds 6, just off the Ring Road and close to all amenities.
- Wonderful dementia-friendly environment and well decorated communal areas
- Fully staffed team, including good Deputy Manager, Head of Housekeeping and administrative support
- Lots of improvements have been made by the new owners and they continue to invest in everything
- You will be a hands-on manager who loves to be present around the home, spending time with the residents and staff team
- As this home is RI, you will ideally have some turnaround experience or will have a good track record of consistently making improvements
- As a strong team player, you will have a motivational and inclusive management style and a passion for providing the highest standards of care
- With good communication skills, you will be able to positively liaise with all stakeholders to maintain and improve relationships and buildthe reputation of the home.
- This role would suit a Home Manager who is looking for a long-term position with a company who have good morals and a family feel culture or an ambitious Deputy looking for that next step.
