We are one the most ambitious and successful new start-up for digital recruitment in Barcelona. After a first successful year implementing our activity in the Spanish and French market, we are looking for a Talented, engaged, and motivated new partner!
You will thrive in a recently created company and ambiguous environment, love young and dynamic culture, and adapt to the changing needs of the business.

You will:
  • Will be responsible for the full Business & recruitment process.
  • Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
  • Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
  • Understand your clients needs and challenges to be a referral along the process.
  • Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implementing the best way to screen candidate’s CV (sourcing, event, synergies, communities…), being bold!
  • Get in touch and qualify your candidates (doing interviews) to support them in their job investigation you will act as real coach.
  • Manage and organize candidates/clients’ meetings.
  • Optimizetalent attractionandemployer brandingto find the best solution.
  • Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise,influenceand impact on the recruiting success.
  • Be a real leverage for your candidate’s career plan, building of social and trust relationship.
  • Governance: manage financially your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business
  • Be part of the team by sharing your results and ideas to optimize the process and organization.

This is you:
  • Open minded and sociable person eager to participate to a challenging project by being rigorous and not giving up easily.
  • You have experience as a business developer for recruitment agency or a startup. (this is not a must)
  • you haveexcellent communication and interpersonal skills, that allow you to move in a fast and challenging environment.
  • International by speaking fluently English and Spanish.
  • Interest for technology and innovation, being proactive to discover and learn new competences.
  • you are a methodic and organized person, showing the ability to multitask in an innovating environment.
  • Able to prioritize and respect deadlines.
  • Resolutive and persuasive person able to understand the aspiration and motivation of your interlocutor.
  • Ready to meet the best team ever!
