Tasks

Development Engineer- (f/m/d) - 100% Location: St. Gallen (CH)

Your challenges

• Product development and responsibility in close cooperation with the project team & sales companies of mechatronic valves (focus on mechanics)
• Active participation in development & relocation projects
• Definition of functional tests for product verification with the laboratory (hands on)
• Creation & maintenance of manufacturing drawings, parts lists as well as technical documentation
• Review & optimization of manufacturability with manufacturing departments, Supplier Quality as well as SCM
• Technical contact person for complex assemblies as well as for quality problems

Requirements

Your competencies

• Completed vocational training as a design engineer, polymechanic or similar, ideally supplemented with further training as a mechanical engineer (university of applied science/University)
• Experience in the development of mechatronic assemblies
• Good CAD knowledge is a must have for this job
• English knowledge in word and writing, german is a plus but no required
• Willingness to travel (5-10%)
