Job Description

• The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overall traffic and process management for the company
• The Traffic Manager should have a strong background in Traffic and Project Management processes, advertising marketing services, proven Brand management skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team of Supervisors in monitoring deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Manages all the traffic services for all projects from request to release.
• Manage the distribution of work between staff to allow appropriate resources to handle the volume of work evenly.

• Ensure the appropriate established schedules are being met, and that the traffic team is pro-actively managing projects through the system.

• Work, meet and communicate with Managers in management of group and personnel.

• Directs the internal workflow between the traffic, marketing, creative, studio and systems to facilitate projects from input to release, ensuring the proper process is followed.

• Responsible for understanding the costs, timelines and resources needed to complete a project.

• Responsible for monitoring all brands and deliverable

Job Requirements

• College degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field is preferable .

• Excellent English communication skills is a MUST
• 3+ as traffic manager years’ experience in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.

• Knowledge of Marketing services with a concentration in Traffic / Interactive management / project management
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Marketing Principles and other comprehensive bases of Advertising.

• Experience and good skills in managing and reporting to higher-level managers .

• Hands-on management style with strong leadership skills.

• Expressive and communicative written and verbal skills are required.
• Team player .
