Manage our newest product as responsible product manager
Work with our incredible engineering team to constantly improve our platform
Take end-to-end responsibility for the whole product process: Building roadmaps, identifying & prioritizing requirements, creating concepts & tickets, managing sprints, releasing & communicating features etc.
Support the operations department in technologically optimizing the back-end processes (CRM processes, risk assessments etc.)
What we’re looking for…
We are looking for a generalist who covers a wide set up competences and understands the commercial impact of the product as well as all of its technological details
5+ years of experience as a product manager and working in agile environments
Previous experience in payment related environment or payroll company
Great communication skills: Being able to discuss tech possibilities with business stakeholders as well as business requirements with the development team
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and prioritize demands from business, sales, operations etc.
Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
Highly independent working style
Confidently communicating in English
Experience with CRM, HR Tech or Legal Tech is a plus
