The main role is to identify and approach potential clients and projects.
Meeting regular sales targets
Will directly contribute to acquiring new projects for the company.
Calculating client quotations
Shall generate and engage to acquire new business partners to build new business for the company.
Identifies new leads and/or clients.
Build relationships with new clients, consultants and designers
Attend meetings, conferences and industry-related events.
Report daily visits and weekly, monthly and quarterly on market situation including ongoing and prospective projects under his responsibilities and competitors’ prices to evaluate company position.
Job Requirements
Preferred Degree in Architecture/Fine Arts
Sound Knowledge of Marketing and Business Strategies.
Sound Knowledge of construction with an emphasis on finishing
Sound knowledge of design, drawings and material.
