Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions in Python, Django, and ReactJS.
- Work with the engineering and product teams to refine project specs.
- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and UX to ensure projects meet business objectives and accessibility standards.
- Support the test and deployment of new consumer-facing products and features.
- Share your knowledge with team members through mentoring, code reviews, pair programming, and presentations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of overall software development experience, including full-stack work and at least one year with ReactJS.
- willingness and desire to learn.
- A mindset for discovery and growth.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Python/Django.
- Enthusiasm for Agile/Scrum processes.
- Experience with (or interest in) infrastructure of software systems (DevOps / SRE work)
