About the Job
- Manage all the required communications with the users on our platform
- Manage the communication between the team members
- Handle different documentation/communication tasks in parallel
- Communicate any required actions to the PM
- Prepare all the presentations required
- Manage all the calls/emails received from users/customers
- Contribute in the planning meetings to enhance the operations process
Job Requirements
- 3+ Experience in operations and customer service
- Experience in software is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle different tasks in parallel
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
