Responsibilities
- Working closely with Operation team, Sale representatives and Higher manager’s to improve operations and increase productivity.
- Supervise and lead team in daily Warehouse operation activities and maintenance of Inventory.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Making incident report, Issuing deviation reports against violation of standard operation.
- Perpetual inventory for high value items on monthly basis & Annual Inventory for entire warehouse stock.
- Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs.
- Fulfillment accuracy rate.
- Shipment received date & GR date and it's moving date to the respective Storekeeper.
- OBD picking date and date of dispatching the goods from Warehouse.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree.
- Minimum 3-years experience in the field Warehouse
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory management software.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
