Warehouse Officer

Job Description

• Record all the inbounds and out-bounds from/to our warehouses on all the required platforms.
• Fully responsible for the stock control system and keep it up-to-date.
• Responsible for Inventory reconciliation, solving the stock discrepancies, and analyzing them.
• Notify the team members with the ready to be assembled items, fully/partially ready orders, and all other relevant information on files needed daily.
• Maintain documentation and use automated and computerized systems for producing reports and statistics regularly.
• Set-up the warehouse layout, review space requirements and ensure efficient space utilizing
• Perform other stock-related duties, including packing, labeling, and handling procedures
• Guarantee safe and efficient operation of the material handling equipment inside the warehouse
• Preserve records and prepare required and related reports.
• Meet the company’s policies and vision through strategic warehouse management

Job Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience as a warehouse officer, or a similar role
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases is a plus
