Trade Assistant - Intern

Internship Description

Job Description:

• Conduct market research in the field of agricultural commodities.
• Gather trade intelligence pertaining supply and demand of agricultural commodities.
• Create market forecasts of price changes and supply and demand changes of agricultural commodities.
• Execute purchases and sales orders performed by traders.
• Maintain a record of all clients and suppliers related to the trade and help grow this network.
• Help manage all clients/suppliers’ relationships.
• Help manage logistical processes related to the trade.
• File reports on market discovery, performance, and forecasts.
• Conduct field visits to the various stakeholders to the trade.

Duration: 3 Months

Internship Requirements

• Excellent English Proficiency.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
• Excellent Arithmetic/Mathematical Skills.
• BA Economics, BA Business Administration (Accounting/Finance Majors), BA Actuarial Sciences, BSC Engineering (Pre-requisite Supply Chain Management Course)
