Tendering Electrical - QS Engineer

Job Description

• Study and analyze tender documents including BOQS, specification and drawings and validate the received.
• Create project cost estimates of the required material that cover all equipment and manpower requirements.
• Issuing RFQ (Request for quotation) to all vendor and subcontractors.
• Keep following up and negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.
• Discuss tenders technical/commercial proposal with Team leader to make sure that we cover complete tender scope. Remove
• Preparations of technical/commercial tender proposal documents.
• Attending meetings with Client when required.
• Suggesting the VE (Value Engineer) ideas that could help to win the job.
• Issuing RFI (request for information) needed to be sent to the client.
• Helping QS (quantity surveying) when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience from 3 to 6 years in the same field.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of the organization.
