Tender Representative

Job Description

A) Quantitative

• Building and keeping a strong good relationship with new tender management.
• Washing out stocks of nearly expired tender items.
• Washing out last tender stocks.
• Catching opportunities of competitors delayed orders. Maintain strong relationships with KOLs in Hospitals and assigned suppliers to ensureachieving targets.

B) Qualitative

• Analyze the achievement of different targets regularly to ensure achieving them.
• Follow up & ensure getting all useful data from key accounts suppliers that may enhance the Planning decision making ability to allow accurate sales forecast.
• Ensure collecting all claims that may result from the process of sales.
• Review & modify tactics and ensure of its implementation matching with company policy.
• Follow up all suppliers to push supplier sales & Gain market share and resolve all escalated problems.
• Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
• Ensure that his responsibilities to gain opportunities to participate in all competitive tender.

Job Requirements

• Medical background (pharmacist – Vet – Science)
• Records of success [hospitals segment]
• 2 years’ Experience
• Communication skills
