Job Description
- Monitor team member’s punctuality and performance.
- Coordinate team’s efforts to follow quality guidelines to maintain high service level.
- Follow up on team daily tasks and assignments ensuring high levels of performance standards are met.
- Provide trainings to new comers.
- Coach agents with weak performance.
- Prepare reports to Operation Manager.
- Improve performance through reporting & analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Sales , Telesales
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Be articulate and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
