Job Description
- Understanding your customer‘s needs.
- Arrange meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Contact potential clients through calls , emails , etc to offer them company projects.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices,legal requirements and related matters.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager job requirements.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years experience in Real Estate in Primary projects.
- Experience in new Cairo markets is an advantage
- Presentation Skills
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Fluent English
- Using CRM
- Has Background
- Presentable (MUST)
