Technical Team Lead (.NET) -Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Full Stack .NET team to develop web-based software projects and desktop applications.
• Establish and ensure the execution of projects, deliver the highest quality systems that meet business needs.
• analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Contribute in code & unit test writing.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentations on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Manage source control activities.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders
• Create and develop performance report, delivery methods, scope of work, and general duties records.
• Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results.
• Resolve odds between team members and management as well as assist in addressing issues amongst team members to avoid unacceptable behaviors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in software development field.
• 5+ years’ experience in leading development teams.
• Expertise in developing, implementing and supporting complex ASP. Net web based applications and web sites.
• Expertise in Back-End Development using .NET technologies.
• Strong work experience with MVC Framework.
• Strong Knowledge in Software Design Patterns.
• Experience in Angular is a must.
• Experience in ASP.NET Core is a must.
• Proficiency writing SQL queries, working with SQL Server, and relational database concepts.
• Experience in Git source control.
• Experience in Agile Development Methodologies and object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Experience in AWS is a plus
