About the Job

• Providing high-quality on Implementation for systemsatthe customer site or in the office via telephone, e-mail, or web, through documentation preparation and awareness of technical systems.
• Applying the customer new requirements ”
• Analysis, troubleshooting and solve customer issues
• Review and respond on customer emails.
• Review CRM system to complete assigned tasks and update projects documentation in a timely manner.
• Prepare document for on-going projects, maintenance contracts, and support calls.
• Review and update team leader with assigned work progress.
• Correspond and provide high quality technical support to customers to resolve customer issues.
• Diagnose and Troubleshoot the technical issues and providing root cause analysis
• Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is solved.
• Support the roll-out of new applications or upgrades
• Manage multiple cases at one time.
• Respond to database related queries and issues in a timely fashion.
• Monitor database activities on daily basis to ensure the reliability and security of databases.
• Assist in optimizing database for operational and performance efficiency.
• Assist in database management, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare database project status reports to project manager.
• Work with programmers, Implementation team to execute database projects, reports according to customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Biomedical/computer science/software engineering or information systems
• Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of company’s products and services
• An understanding of business processes and constraints
• Comply with department certification and education requirements as per the qualification matrix.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Certification in Microsoft Operating systems, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
• Certification in Database Management, Data Maintenance, Database Performance Tuning.
• Good awareness of windows Command lines , PowerShell , VB , batches, scripts
• Good knowledge of IIS and Websites Hosting
• Good knowledge of database concepts and relations.
• Good knowledge of database tables, stored procedure, views and scripts.
