- Responsible for sourcing technical resources in technology, software development, and IT engineering.
- Building talent pools, grow our candidate networks and database
- Identify recruiting sources and other technical platforms
- Conducting technical interviews and provide technical assessments
- Building and maintaining good relations and partnerships with our clients
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in technical hiring is a must especially software development houses
- Familiar with conducting technical interviews
