Talent Development Specialist
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for conducting development needs assessments and providing training solutions to include, implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high-quality programs that engage, align, inform, and inspire employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess development needs through analyzing development plans and other resources.
- Report on feedback and analyze data to help evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Development programs using focus groups, questionnaires, interviews, and other resources.
- Deliver and facilitate training/learning sessions.
- Organize talent development activities/events.
- Manage the administration of leadership development, e-learning, and training plans.
- Support the Culture Transformation Program including engagement survey and activities.
- Provides input and assists in the development of Individual Development Plans.
- Handle end-to-end operations and logistics.
- Assist in the development and upgrade of training facilities and structures that support developed curriculum and facilitate learning.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Evaluate and analyze the conducted training programs.
- Facilitate and monitor on-the-job post training activities and assignments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Facilitation and training skills.
- Confident with data analysis and using related applications.
- Minimum of 2-5 years in Training & Development.
- Competencies: Customer Centric, Influencing Skills, Planning & Organizing, Driving for Results, Leading oneself
