Responsibilities:

  • Continually monitor Performance Management Administration (Objective Setting, Year End, 360, Continuous Feedback) to ensure timely completion of the performance management process.
  • Update/upload talent management forms, templates on the system.
  • In case of Bulk Upload for front liners-Upload individual goals.
  • Monitor and/or follow up with employees and managers to ensure allotted programs and initiatives are completed on time.
  • Resolve manager/employee queries on all of the talent management processes to ensure SLA's are met.
  • Resolve technical challenges faced by employees and escalate to relevant function.
  • Monitor completion of talent management programs and support with administrative transactions.
  • Manage tool related technical escalation.
  • Consolidate and roll up ratings as per calibration matrix.
  • Handle internal escalations.
