Job Description

Tasks and Duties:

• (Switches – VDSL Routers – FortiGate Firewall – DVR)
• (Active Directory – DNS – DHCP – Wsus – VoIP –– IP Phones - Files Server – Print Server -Antivirus Server – ERP)
• Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call, Email or face to face.
• Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Report issues to the manager for escalation.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 6 -10 years of experience as a Technical Support and System Admin.
• Able to handle multi tasks at the same time (work under pressure).
• Good knowledge with cables and infrastructure.
• Good knowledge with computer hardware and software.
