Strategy Analyst

Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. We aim to empower aspiring businesses and dynamic governments to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and augment decision making.

The Strategy Analyst shall support Quant by developing and ensuring the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization as a whole, which involves designing, planning, executing, and overseeing the correlating projects and functions assuring the achievement of the strategies set.

Summarized Job Responsibilities:

1. Updating/contributing to strategy formulation, strategic plan execution and communication of strategy to all stakeholders.

2. Coordinate and facilitate executive team efforts regarding the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

3. Develop Quant’s strategic scorecard cascaded down to departments.

4. Report on the progress towards achieving the strategic goals and objectives.

5. Collaborate on financial, capital, and facility planning.

6. Capability to assess the organization’s current and future position.

7. Develop, analyze, and provide the necessary information on which development of strategic decisions and develop the strategic programs for Quant.

8. Collaborate with other departments to fully assess the viability of strategic initiatives.

9. Provide comprehensive solutions to effectively plan and implement strategic initiatives utilizing project management best practices, tools, and technology.

10. Attending occasional networking events, training, and management meetings.

11. Reporting progress in strategy affairs to senior management and constantly aligning the direction with the company staff.

Requirements

Academic Prerequisites:

Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other suitable majors.

5. Strong social skills and emotional intelligence.

Business Skills Required:

1. Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.

2. Supports the development of a point of view on the current state of the practice by overseeing and conducting research, interviews, and fact-based quantitative analysis.

3. Supports identification of key market dynamics that will impact the business over the agreed-upon planning horizon.

4. Determine appropriate decision-making processes to answer critical questions.

Leaves & Holidays Policy

• Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.

• Holidays: 11 business days of paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Saudi National Day.

• Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.

• Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.

• Business Leave and Travel Allowances: Business leave and Travel Allowances shall be provided in accordance with existing policies of the Company.

Housing Allowance

Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employee's basic salary.

Transportation Allowance

Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employee's basic salary.

Communication Allowance

Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employee's basic salary.

Medical Insurance

The Company provides a standardized medical insurance plan as per Company policy. Further information regarding the policy may be provided upon request. Provided policies may change upon vendor’s change in their policy plan structures.
