Soft Facilities Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage and Handle with Branches Admins 67 Worker (office boys &, Cleaners).
• Create monthly KPIs for all activities and contactors under area of responsibilities
• Ensure service receiver satisfactions (company’s employees)
• Check the 3rd party (cleaners and office boy) attendance, Reviewing and accredited the invoices (16 persons).
• Conduct regular trainings for safety and hygiene for (office boys &, Cleaners).
• Create, ensure & sustain all soft service procedures and program are enforced.
• Manage and track all buffets and stationary consumables and supplies.
• Manage pest control & waste management activities & contractors at all branches.
• Resolve concerns, conflicts, and problems to ensure that services are provided in a professional and safe manner.
• Conduct regular walk through of the facilities to assist the level of the cleaning and hygiene at all branches.
• Completing records and reports as required.
• Ensure the proper use and care of equipment and tools.
• Manage and supervise the contractors and services providers.
• Works closely and support branches Admins and HSE & facilities team.
• Onsite soft services contractor’s management.
• Visit company branches inspection purposes and ensure the service level.
• Ensure company environmental vision for the sustainability direction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years minimum experiences performing soft facilities duties.
• Able to deals with Microsoft common applications.
• Frequently visits for the company branches is must.
